With the new facebook look you can’t change name on the timeline section. For your help I will show some pictures below as well as show the steps.
1. Click the little upside triangle arrow at the top right.

3. Click the first option on the top where you see your name (make sure on the left side you are under the General Settings tab which should be pulled up on default).
